Guided by Firsthand Experience
Jeff and Bethany Meadows, the owners of The Porchlight Hub, bring a personal understanding of home renovation and property preparation to the business. Together, they have enjoyed flipping homes and recently renovated their own home on Lay Lake in Shelby County, Alabama.
Jeff is a veteran and a licensed general contractor with a background in telecommunications and commercial building automation. Bethany brings almost two decades of experience as a marketing agency owner and is also a licensed real estate agent. Their shared experiences from managing renovations to preparing homes for market gave them firsthand insight into the frustrations real estate professionals face when trying to coordinate reliable services.
When they are not working, you will find them enjoying lake life, raising a few backyard chickens, making memories with their seven children and six grandchildren or sneaking away for a trip to the beach.
